The following terms and policies is/are a representation of our user agreement between you (user/s) and us (ESSYS GLOBAL HELP LIMITED) concerning the use of our website (netfundgh.com) & App (netfundGH). Engaging in our service implies that you have read our Policies, understand how our platform works, have accepted our user agreement and you are willing to be a member regardless of all unforseen future circumstances.

Service:

The service we offer is under the registration number CS201732018 of the Companies Act 1963 (Act 179) Ghana. In other to fully enjoy our services, users must go through every information concerning us and our services being it in a written/Audio/Video format on any of our platforms (Website/App,WhatsApp, Telegram, Facebook etc.). Failure to do so shall only mean that we (netfundGH) will not be held responsible for any inconvenience endured on user's part. netfundGH reserves the sole discretion to make changes to it's services, policies and system as it sees fit in other to help establish our goals with or without prior notice to users. Users are therefore urged to read through our terms on every first day of each month for any new changes made.

Website/App:

This website/app (netfundgh.com or netfundGH) is the property of ESSYS GLOBAL HELP LIMITED (EGH Ltd) and it has been structured for the purpose stated on all our platforms. We have no reason to act out of what we have statednexcept otherwise for the betterment of all. All users are cautioned to stay away from the act of any illegal use of this website and from the spread of any misinformation about the website as it will lead many to misconstrued our purpose. Any user found guilty by our administration will be held liable and sanctioned. Browsing through the website and owning an account (a digital office) is free, however one must make purchase of our services in other to enjoy our data service and earn some bonuses. All information collected by our website from user(s) is/are safely stored in our database with us having the right to use them as we see fit for the betterment of our services. The website; among other forms of communication, is one of the ways netfundGH communicates with its users about anything needful. Every info submitted to us by the user through our website must be accurate for smooth service delivery and for future references, users are required to make changes to any info about them that is no longer accurate after a 48 hour period of time.

Account Registration:

A netfundGH account registration is only done with the use of a valid phone number, email address and a password. User account registration process is only done one time.

Login:

The login feature serves as an entry or a pathway into user's account. It comes with two requirements, the phone number and the password. You can only have access to these credentials after a successful registration on our platform. Without these two no one will be able to have access to any account on our platform.

Password Recovery:

Our password recovery feature is to aid users in resetting their passwords should they lose them. This process is only fruitful when user have access to the email address he or she registered that account with.

Profile Information:

All your information at the profile side must be accurate as it's being used to identify you and to carry out some necessary services on your behalf. Profile information such as email address and password can be amended at any time by user. Such information collected by us are safely stored with us and shall not be disclosed to anyone except otherwise needed for services. User is expected to keep all of his or her credentials safe as once lost could lead to bad occurances on user's part.

Payment:

Payment made to us by user or bonuses from us to user on this platform is purposely for a service rendered or yet to be rendered. There will be no unauthorized request of payment made to user by the system's administration. The only acceptable payment gateway is the one stated in user account for service purchases. User must therefore avoid any other form of payment gateway which is not what has been provided by the Administration. There are no refunds of payment made for a service after transaction has been completed. Userswho request for momo reversal shall have their subscriptions terminated immediately.
